This project was a major undertaking following an upscale subdivision through the planning process from design to groundbreaking to construction of homes. Marketing efforts included two website designs, photography, print ads, postcards, brochures, etc. A major effort involved designing concepts for an entrance sign to be built out of stone with aluminum letters. Multiple 2D and 3D comps were created and placed in their natural environment. Worked closely with sign company to create actual sign. |
